Why Cacao?
Cacao was more than just a drink for the ancient Mayas; it was a sacred medicine, a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms.
Benefits of Ceremonial Cacao
-
Opens the Heart – Here in México, cacao is honoured as a way to open the heart. The the obromine in cacao gently expands blood vessels, promoting feelings of love, connection, and openness.
-
Enhances Creativity & Intuition – Many artists and seekers use cacao to tap into deep inspiration.
-
Elevates Mood & Energy – Unlike coffee, cacao provides a smoother, grounded energy boost.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance: Move, Feel, Transform
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey where there are no steps to follow, no performances - just music and space to explore whatever your body wants to express.
It's an opportunity to release stress, access deep emotion, and move in a way that feels natural and freeing.
You don't need to be an experienced dancer.
We simply recommend that you be open to the experience.
